We offer treatment for anxiety, depression, stress, as well as many other mental and emotional challenges. We are experienced in treating diverse groups of clientele such as various racial and ethnic groups and the LGBTQ+ community.

We know that there are times when you simply do not feel your best.  Those feelings may linger and when they do it may help to speak to someone that can help you process those feelings. Take the time to invest in yourself to focus on self-compassion and growth.

Therapy is client-led, meaning that your therapist will not carry you.  Their role is to walk alongside you, at your pace, with guidance and support.  Therapy is a collaborative effort for the client and therapist to facilitate change, growth, and healing.

We are committed to working with you as you process and seek the tools to live more mindfully. The connection between you and your therapist is important.  Sessions are more impactful when you feel safe, heard, and understood. Your feelings are valid and they matter.
